New UNASSEMBLED Mountain Bikes Available
We’re thrilled to share that we’ve received a generous donation of brand-new, unassembled mountain bikes in a variety of sizes: 15", 17", and 19". These bikes are for teens and adults:
- 15-inch mountain bike frame is generally suitable for riders who are between 5'1" and 5'6" (155cm - 168cm) tall.
- 17-inch mountain bike frame is generally suitable for riders who are between 5'6" and 5'10" (168cm - 178cm) tall.
- 19-inch mountain bike frame size is generally suitable for riders who are between 5'10" and 6'2" (178-188 cm) tall.
Please note that all bikes come unassembled in a box, and Starlight is not responsible for assembly. You will need to assemble the bike yourself.

How to Reserve:
- All orders must be placed under the Starlight child’s name. This will be required for verification at pickup.
- Limit of THREE bikes per immediate family. Please do NOT reserve more than THREE bikes for your IMMEDIATE family only as we want to be fair to everyone.
- Any requests for more than three bikes will be automatically deleted to ensure fairness.
- First come, first served — we cannot guarantee that you will receive a bike.
Pickup Details:
Please note: we will NOT be shipping your order to you. You will have to make the necessary arrangements to pick up your item(s) at either the Starlight Warehouse in Woodbridge, ON, or the Starlight Warehouse in Pointe-Claire, QC on a TBD date during the month of August. No exceptions will be made.

If you are unable to pick up your order yourself, a friend or family member can pick it up on your behalf. They will need to provide the Starlight child’s name upon pickup. (Please note, the pick up location is subject to change. Final details including pick-up hours will be confirmed later in the confirmation email.)
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
These bikes have been generously donated and are not to be resold under any circumstances. This is a direct request from the donor. Misuse of Starlight programming, including unauthorized resale, may result in your family’s dismissal from the program.
