Wide Variety of New Toys Available
Important: When checking out, in your shopping cart, please indicate your Starlight child’s name for every toy that you have selected. This will be required for verification during pickup.
Please note: we will NOT be shipping your order to you. You will have to make the necessary arrangements to pick up your item(s) at the Starlight Canada Dorval Office during the time outlined below. No exceptions will be made.
If you are unable to pick up your order yourself, you may send a friend or family member to collect them on your behalf. They will only need to provide the Starlight child’s name.
Items are on a first come, first served basis up to a maximum of FIVE items per family. Please do NOT reserve more than FIVE items for your family as we want to be fair to everyone. Any items past FIVE will be removed from your order.
Please note that we cannot guarantee you will receive every item in your order. However, we will ensure that you receive at least one of the items that you have selected as we do our best to be as fair as possible to all Starlight families.
The website will be open and accepting orders from November 30, 2025 - December 3, 2025.
Pick up date and time:
Tuesday, December 9, 2025 - between 10 am to 6 pm
Wednesday, December 10, 2025 - between 10 am to 6 pm
Thursday, December 11, 2025 - between 10 am to 7 pm
